ololo English BOOK CLUB

Following the success of our Book Club launched last year, we are excited to announce the expansion of our program with the introduction of an English Book Club at ololoYurt. Meetings will be held in English, allowing native speakers and avid learners to discuss recommended books and engage in stimulating conversations with fellow readers.

The club will be moderated by Janara Kangeldieva, a cross-cultural communication and management consultant, trainer, and lecturer. Janara helps individuals master intercultural communication skills and acquire the knowledge necessary for smooth relocations and settling into new jobs and places.

For our first meeting, Janara will review Erin Meyer’s book, “The Culture Map,” exploring how the author suggests navigating cultural differences in both professional and personal settings. During the presentation, you will gain practical advice on adapting communication styles, understanding decision-making processes, and effectively collaborating across diverse cultural backgrounds.
